Cash on Delivery Charges

To cover additional logistics, verification, and handling costs associated with Cash on Delivery orders, an additional charge of ₹199 is applicable on all COD orders.

• COD Fee: ₹199
• This charge is added to the final order value during checkout.
• The COD fee is non-refundable.

Order Verification

To ensure genuine orders:

• Swara Jewells may contact customers via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp for order confirmation.
• Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.
• Providing incorrect contact details may result in order cancellation.

Order Cancellation

• Once a COD order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refusal to accept a COD order at the time of delivery may result in restrictions on future Cash on Delivery purchases.

Delivery Attempt

Courier partners generally make delivery attempts as per their service policies.

If a customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be marked as undelivered or returned.

Refund Policy for COD Charges

The additional ₹199 COD charge is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

• Order refusal by customer
• Incorrect address provided by customer
• Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
• Return-to-origin (RTO) shipments caused by customer actions

Swara Jewells reserves the right to:

• Refuse COD service for specific locations.
• Cancel suspicious or unverifiable orders.
• Modify COD charges and terms without prior notice.
