Return & Refund Policy – Swara Jewellers

At Swara Jewellers, customer satisfaction is our priority. We deal in artificial jewellery, forming jewellery, imitation jewellery, and mangalsutra collections. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Defective item received
• Missing item in the package

To be eligible for return:

• The request must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be available.
• Proper unboxing video is mandatory for damage/wrong item claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Used or worn jewellery
• Customized products
• Products damaged after delivery
• Orders placed during special sales or clearance offers
• Minor colour differences due to photography or screen settings

Since we sell artificial/forming jewellery, slight finishing variations may naturally occur and will not be considered defects.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

   • Order ID
   • Product photos
   • Unboxing video
   • Reason for return

After verification, our team will approve or reject the request.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Modes:

• UPI Refund
• Bank Transfer
• Original Debit/Credit Card
• Wallet Refund (if applicable)

Exchange Policy

We may offer product exchange instead of refund depending on stock availability.

Exchange requests must also be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost may be deducted in certain cases unless the error is from our side.

Swara Jewellers sells artificial jewellery and forming jewellery products only. These products require proper care and should be kept away from water, perfume, chemicals, and moisture for longer durability.
